Heirloom Musical Creations will repair or replace any malfunctioning movement, and repair any significant structural defect in the music box for 90 days after purchase. Please call 512.858.0151 for instructions on returning music boxes for repair. Please pack your return carefully as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged during return shipment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Payment must be received with your order. All transactions are in US currency. Online orders received after 5:00 p.m. CST will be processed on the following business day. If your musical box is shipped inside Texas, sales tax will be added to your order. Your order, including any applicable sales tax and handling & shipping cost, will be charged to your credit card account when your order processes.
If you order from our inventory of musical boxes, we will ship within 3 business days of your credit card authorization. Although each musical instrument is carefully packaged, most orders are shipped via air express to minimize the chance of damage from mishandling. A shipping and handling charge will be added to your order to cover this expense. Overnight shipping is available at an additional charge.
